Scientists use models to study coral reefs. A model can be a small 3D version of something, or a computer program that shows how something works. Models are helpful because they allow scientists to test things quickly while protecting nature.
Today, we’re going to imaging we are Ecologists who are building our own coral reef model. We’ll use the model to show what happens when the ocean gets too warm.
