We guarantee the replacement of any parts that arrive defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing errors.
To initiate a replacement, please contact our Customer Success team. The Climate Action Kit has a two (2) year warranty starting from the time you receive your product. [Submit a ticket here].
Provide clear images or videos showcasing the defect to expedite the process.
Replacement parts will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Please carefully review your order before confirming the purchase to ensure it meets your specifications.

All requests for replacements due to manufacturing defects must be authorized by our Customer Service team.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and replacements will not be processed.

Please retain the original packaging for at least 30 days in case a return is necessary.
